If you think about it we are now engaging in a war between Big Pharma and Big Tech (Intel)with AI. Big Tech will win and will result in cures rather than lifetime treatments of many diseases. We are entering into that new era of disruptive medicine as we speak.

I've been saying this for a few years now. Most of the legacy medications and treatments will all go obsolete in the next 5-15 years. Big pharma will fight it every step of the way, though. But in the end, they won't be able to stop it.
