I’m not going to debate it with you. Knock yourself out. This was litigated before and protections were put in place. If you think they are not abiding by those protections you should litigate again or raise it in a more productive forum.
I am not seeing any sign of what you are suggesting, and I have no problem with a modular effort like this where investors in a venture funded contract development effort get a fair profit. I honestly think at this stage, we are the ones benefitting and that at the end of the day, the question will be moot. As you’ve said in your other posts, they are not likely to be a big Pharma as they are now. So spinning this into a huge issue at this stage only works to suggest they should not be approved.
They need to build the capacity to make their product and rbis is the fastest, cheapest and most expedient method and I think the facts of that are clear. They’d be raising a lot of money right now if that were not the case and it would all be going up front to one of those third-party contract manufacturers for which you are advocating.
As I said, not an issue for me. Knock yourself out. But honestly, if you really think it is an issue, chattering about it is really not the most effective method.
