Hmmm. "...spending a great deal of time and money towards the goal of meeting the deadline." I presume that is about the Sept. 28 deadline. Why no mention of $GVSI being a, supposed, "shell" and having an "extension"?

As has been mentioned before, both $GO*F and $SR*W have the "Shell" designation on the OTCM website. $GVSI does not.

Just wondering.
