My post was a loose summary of the message Femike posted. It seems DI is reflecting aspirations of the company. I’m not surprised to hear they have been using warrant income form others exercising. It does not sound like they can do that forever, but can manage near term, so I don’t think that’s anything new. I do think it’s more honest to say their ultimate goal is not trying to get TLD to market fast, they instead would obviously like to get a product to market.
That is the ultimate point of a phase III pivotal trial — getting product to market. It does not mean DI knows the results.
I don’t think DI released material info to FeMike, but I do think he leveled the information field amongst all classes of investors for now.
