Judge determines that without NetList technology Google would have not been half the company it is today. Judge Jerry Springer orders Google to accept that half the company be awarded to NetList.
Name of new company to be Noogle. Not to be confused with Noodle as in Noodling for catfish,,,,,,,,

It's not entirely about what amount would benefit NLST. The damages also need to consider what will discourage this type of outright theft to begin with.

Courts outwardly complain about being backlogged. But inwardly many don't mind because it keeps them in demand and highly valued. Our Justice system may be more selfish than altruistic. Which makes sense since society trends more that way every day.
