There won’t be any legal trouble. SEC warned people about this tickers for years and they are finally shutting them down. Just because people kept buying up until trading was halted doesn’t mean anything. John didn’t PR anything about becoming current nor respond to any emails about it. John hasn’t done a single thing in 10 years with this ticker.
