There could be legal trouble brewing if he let's it go defunct. That's why I believe it will go current. There would be too many angry investors to ignore, especially if a class action lawsuit is filed. He has done far too many actions that could be viewed as misleading to investors - responding to emails about announcing plans in the future, raising the AS and OS significantly in a very short period of time right before a potential delisting, making the business appear active in 2 states, the list goes on....
So I would bet that anyone who has done this would not want to cross the legal battle that would ensue. This reason alone is why I don't believe it's going defunct. I could of course be wrong because there is no bounds to how dumb some people can be.
