Why would you need to presume that around 60 scientists from top universities might not be manipulating numbers via a respectable journal? Your entire false premise underlying your false give away, is unjustified. Please explain the plot whereby everyone is involved in a data manipulation. I have yet to see this in my many years. The UK regulator has this with a special designation for early access, which is partly why all that work is happening at Sawston. Are they in on it too? Or the Germans?
I really need to see the basis of the assumption underlying your falsely generous assumption.
