Dismissed does not imply a settlement wasn't reached.
Two companies accused Steve-o & his cohorts of taking sixty thousand dollars from each and giving them nothing in return.
They were promised two shells, they paid for two shells, they got nothing.
But I'll bet they got a nice payout to drop the suits.
If Steve-o's as innocent as you surmise he his, then I'm sure he'll be glad to send you a copy of the settlement agreement - just ask. :-)
Or buy a copy from the court.
It's not like there's any doubt about his integrity, we know he lied - multiple times - it's all out there in black and white for anyone with open eyes & mind to see.
I've posted proof of his dishonesty & deception countless times. Still doesn't look to me like the company name is Influential Media Holdings.
Maybe that's another thing Joshy is workin' on, huh?
