A two for one deal, like Vinnie once said in his post a little while back. In either case, I think LILAC CEO knows of CUBV. "Quiet period". maybe? Who knows?

yes some ticker have a TA that reports every week and some TA reports changes every 30 days or end of the month, but yes it cost money to update the share structure and it cost money every time someone calls and needs the update count. I have had situation where I called and they said the share structure is based on the last update, then I ask so you mean to tell me the share structure hasn't changed since the last report, then they yes it hasn't changed, but once it is updated the following week then you see the changes, but that was completely different situation because they were not shells, they were just OTC public companies.
