BINGO Split T. I have said for years and so far this is proving the thought that a DST will play a vital role in our future distributions.

This, after all, is what a Delaware Statutory Trust is for that is to legally avoid taxes and for total privacy of who is a beneficiary trust recipient plus much more.

Thank you for share all of your due diligence as well!

Ok its a stat trust. Looked up what it is and forgive my ignorance but just dont see how it benefits us. Brian and da crew had said for years in court the trust is empty so nada mas for escrows. Dont get how they now reverse course n say they got $$ to pay us. Wont mind one bit if they do its just i dont see hw that can happen and be legal. Were they lying to us since 2012?

SplitT,
This is interesting.
The trust is established by a professional real estate company, referred to as “DST sponsor”, who first identifies and acquires the real estate assets. As individuals invest, their investments displace the capital used by the DST sponsor to acquire the property until it is eventually wholly owned by the investors.
