Looks like Linda certainly doesn't mind if the shareholders suffer.

All shareholders should contact Linda Perry and tell her to just abide with the SEC filing suggestions.

1. Amend the super 10K to include the delinquent 10Q financial numbers.

2. Then accept some minor suspension for purposefully not filing for almost THREE years!

This thing will be back to pulling the wool over shareholders eyes in NO time! Linda will increase the authorized shares, pay everyone that she owes off in shares.

That will dilute the share price nicely!

Then when she runs out of shares, she'll simply perform another RS and destroy shareholder value even MORE! Then? BANG! Authorize even MORE shares!
