BoD ... Masterson, Rondeau and Dahl need to go.

Masterson has run a bioscience fund and company for years but she won't even buy ZIVO and there's no evidence she's supported any funding to ZIVO in all the time she's been on the BoD. She might have intro'd ZIVO a few places early on but as far as I can tell hasn't brought much of anything overall. Well she did buy 400 shares in the raise ... ROFLMAO.

Rondeau ... LOL .... ah .... no.

Dahl actually wasn't on the BoD all these years until last year .... first vote on him an almost 10 million negative votes ... roughly 10X more than anyone else. This year I would expect the ratio of negative votes for Dahl to be even higher.

Payne got the Zoetis deal knowing the players there from his animal health connections. He's got the public markets and animal health experience and contacts. I can't pin him to any finding either.

Maggiore .... has put his money where is his mouth is for 2 decades keeping HEPI/ZIVO alive. He's a successful entrepreneur.

The new director Cornell is a Payne employee. She's a CFO. She has to stay as a "qualified financial expert" .... requirement for uplist .... and hell she even bought stock in the company in the placement. More than Dahl has ever bought in his 10 years.
