ENZC doesn't have to pay him off, though. The 71 million shares he has were unearned and he committed libel against the company. HE has to pay ENZC, not the other way around. My guess is that they tell him they will drop any legal action concerning libel/defamation if he gives the 71 mil shares back. Both parties wash their hands and walk away.
