BULLSHIT: Why didn't aapl license Virnetx patents????? aapl had to play Virnetx ~$450mm(already paid) and has another $550mm pending in an appeal!!! Didn't aapl KNOW??? Why no license?
If it is the case that infringers always know and will license, HOW IS THERE EVER A PATENT INFRINGEMENT JUDGEMENT??
The bigs, much of the time, especially aapl, take a fight at all cost strategy and much of the time it works!
VPLM in Waco will have them thinking, especially the smaller players, in my view. One/more could call "uncle".
VPLM is sitting great and the stock price does not always reflect, in the short run, the true situation. Last run: $.0125 to $.45, for example(both on low and high)!
