One big difference however, ICOA actually uploaded filings after getting approval to use the OTCIQ system. However, just because they uploaded financials does NOT guarantee acceptance or a return to Retail Trading. (for those that didn't know that). Only once reviewed in the future, approved and posted as PINK CURRENT will Retail BUYING be allowed again. In some cases, companies that have filed have been notified of REJECTION, others even DELISTED entirely. Regardless, they at least filed, and that's something that as of this post UBQU has FAILED to do.
