You can’t compare ICOA with UBQU! ICOA management is diligently trying to comply with the new ruling. Whereas UBQU has ZERO interest in complying and would rather go dark.

Just give it up already. James Ballas is a deceitful lying POS. UBQU is going DARK whether you like it or not. If he has ANY interest whatsoever in becoming compliant, he would have done something already. His silence speaks volumes. In the past 24?months he has accomplished nothing other than acquiring fake loans from his pals so he can dump shares…..20 billion shares! You can’t report such illicit activities in a SEC filing.

I know it’s a hard pill to swallow but it is what it is.
