Correction. I can confirm that SIAF can be bought on Vanguard. OTCMarkets shows a Pink Current status and I made a recent purchase :-)

FYI: TDA and Schwab MERGED a while back

Schwab still isn't letting me put in limit buy orders. I get a "only accepting sell orders" message. However, I just managed put in a buy a Market Order for 200 shares.
