SIAF is listed as Pink-Current with TDA and Schwab. This can be verified on company information tabs on their respective sites (and through OTCM).

While the 8/26 Schwab list does show it restricted, the 8/30 list from TDA does not list it as restricted.

Previously, I had received messages from TDA being restricted, but they updated their list so I did not receive any new message in regards to SIAF. However, Schwab has not updated their list yet.

Regardless, I decided to call in and check to confirm. Schwab verified that they are behind on updating the restricted list. The broker confirmed that SIAF is current and can be purchased. The broker tested it as well by placing orders. If there are any issues with purchasing it online, you can contact the brokerage and place the order via phone if necessary, and they can push the order through until list is updated (they offered to do so for me without issue - if I so wanted).

I was also informed that they would update the list to exclude SIAF from the restricted list as soon as possible.
