Came here to ask this. Is the litigation holding the process up?

These Lawsuits have been Dragging on for a while. Alpine 4 needs to get rid of these and focus on running the business.

Other stock sites are talking about these cases and it is not a good image in my opinion for ALPP.

If Alpine loses any of the Motions, I don't see it being beneficial for the company.
A motion to dismiss was already ruled for one of the defendants. Alpine cannot keep this up.
