And let me further add, for the bunch that thinks this company will remain independent, then change your expectation for an uplist to early Spring 2022.

NWBO might be a while with news but shareholders left in a bad situation can always hang out all day in the public library during the day and many have hours into the evening. Sleeping overnight is rough but if the shareholder relocates to the right parts of California the weather is good year round and they are not doing much about public camping or petty misdemeanors so they could upgrade from, say, Ramen at will, with few meaningful legal consequences. They could always pay back anyone once NWBO comes through in a few months. I am not advocating any of that of course and am just glad my jurisdiction takes a different approach to such things.
