Posters of seeming knowledge would have us understand that this subpoena you speak of was none other than a simple notice by The Court of a case in Chile going against the BCSC.

Why do you call it a subpoena?

No one was asked to show up in court in Chile and no one did.

What are we to believe?

JL there are several Chile Supreme Court rulings against any and all of your positions why do you state that this ordinance by the court is pivotal.

It has weak merit in the grand scope of things Pascua Lama !
