The way its worded I would think calendar days. I wasn't sure if it was from the day it was filed or 7/1?

I agree.

It is always calendar days unless specified otherwise. It certainly appears to be 71 calendar days from July 1, 2021. That would make the deadline 9/10/2021.


They move pretty last minute around here. I would love an update tomorrow, but we should see one by Friday and we know they are comfortable filing late Friday. Hopefully we see a bit of revealing volume come in tomorrow. Hardly traded 1M shares so far this week.

Time will tell. Hoping for and expecting good things to start rolling in.
