The only thing that will derail this stock is an asteroid the size that wiped out the dinosaur 65M years ago. In the absence of that, everything else is noise.

Planned sales are just that - locked in in advance and therefore not influenced by anything happening right before the time of the sale.

I thought we might have had negotiations going on for the last 3-4 weeks as sp has steadily gone up from $11s -$19s.

Show me a stock that has risen so consistently and so rapidly before getting acquired. It seems that it's usually boring, low volume, than BAM! I hope to be proven wrong!

I really just think we're seeing Institutions finally willing to give AUPH the credit they deserve. It is finally derisked enough for the big players to double their money. Thankfully many of us will see 1000% or better since we were willing to take on more risk.
