Jay Bray is privy to MNPI info and he ‘cannot sell his shares’ prior to September 23, 2021.
So after September 23rd , he is free to sell.
Why?
That MNPI will no longer be MNPI after September 23rd.
How ?
They are going to make it public, yes for us peons.
We just need to wait for a max of 2 weeks. We can handle that.
