NDT, no, I do not believe Dmdmd1 meant it in the way you interpreted it. He like I expect a material development by 9/23/2021. However, that COULD happen but NOT NECESSARILY restricted to WMILT Delaware dissolution certificate.

The material development could be almost anything related...NOT just the Delaware WMILT dissolution certificate.

Also, just because it appears WMILT has been extended to 3/2022 does NOT mean it could NOT be dissolved before rather it just means they could not get it dissolved before 3/19/2021.
