Apparently anything under $20 is a great trade. Read that somewhere here.

It wasn't clear what happens to people that buy at 20 or more.

Anyway, ALL we know is that a super super great company bought a controlling interest in the shell.

For me, that means absolutely nothing.

They only have slightly more than 1/2 the OS shares. In order for this to work, the shares they DO NOT OWN have to be diluted down to, at best, 3pct of the OS, either through RS or increasing the AS and issuing shares in both cases.

They don't know about current owners and could care less.

Doesn't mean it won't go up until the S**T hits the fan. Hey, the new stock could be priced way up there and current holders would still make out BUT with only 3pct or less.

That can't be true, I see Penny Stock Exempts all the time, most of the time, and their stock is valued under .10 cents a share!

It is probably that they must meet 1 or more of the following that you listed. I had always thought it was about the value of assets they owned and knew nothing about the other criteria.
