The 8-K shows GS is in full control and can override all other previous owners. 10,000 votes per preferred share LOL.

I bet he’s gonna cancel a huge chunk of deadweight shares. Add a nice company….

And $50 to $100 looks sooooo easy here. This is the best investment in the trifecta JMHO.
