I am non-plussed by becoming current - a real company would never be delinquent especially by 3 years.

I have no idea why anyone would be excited about getting current.

The OTCM doesn't place a CE on a company because of delinquent filings - if that was true why wasn't there a CE 2 years ago.

The 52 Week high was $0.0158 - the question becomes how hard will Deitsch pump NPHC.

The patents don't have any value.

The Orphan Drug Designation has no value.

Remember that Deitsch has been pumping NPHC for 19 years - so most investors aren't going to get duped again.

Too many red flags to trade and being long is a very poor investment strategy - some have been holding for 9 years - that was dead money for 9 years.

Deitsch still has too deal with the SEC.
