Blah, still up over 20 times off of their lows. . . . .

I'm way up and still very happy with the prospects. The CE only came about because of promotional activity along with the filings delinquency. Once they're current - it comes off. And, by the way, the CEO explained the filing delinquency in several interviews: they had to pay for their legal defense from what he publicly stated was a frivolous suit from the SEC (that's already been partially dismissed). Now they've filed 8 of their missing reports with only three more left to go. It's getting done and then I expect to hear some very good things from the company.

I don't know why anyone is excited about not being current? Real company is getting current and has alot in the bag that is getting ready to be released.

Rik has stated several times, that when current, he has alot more to say, and will come out swinging. The articles below is what I got from the PRS. If anyone takes time to read this, then they can tell we are going way way up. Not pumping, it's in black and white. It's a plan from each PR to show us all . Nphc announced that they had engaged the Washington DC-based government affairs consulting firm, Vitello Consulting. The firm will work with elected officials as well as governmental agencies to increase the awareness of Nutra Pharma’s products and technologies with the goal of improving sales, garnering grants and potentially speeding drug applications.


“We are excited to work with Vitello Consulting as our liaisons with governmental agencies and elected officials,” explained Rik J Deitsch, Chairman and CEO of Nutra Pharma Corporation. “We have high hopes that this relationship will allow us to get our products into the hands of the people that need them most. This includes our Veterans in chronic pain,” he continued. “One of the first projects for this new relationship will be working with the Veterans Administration to pave the way into VA hospitals and clinics. They will also help us navigate government bureaucracies that include the FDA, the SEC and buyers on the Federal Supply Schedule,” he concluded.


Nutra Pharma has several projects in front of governmental agencies at this time. The Company has previously announced their work with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) on their potential nerve agent counter-measures. Nutra Pharma had also been granted Orphan Designation by the FDA for their Multiple Sclerosis drug, RPI-78M and has stated plans to move the drug into clinical trials.


Nphc announced that they have filed a new provisional patent to protect their intellectual property surrounding their development of nerve agent counter measures.


Earlier this year, the Company announced its plans to increase brand awareness, online visibility and product messaging. This included the engagement of professional marketing teams as well as internet influencers to support product outreach. Nutra Pharma also announced improvements in their laboratory and manufacturing space, launching private label brands, hiring additional quality personnel, engaging new intellectual property attorneys, filing new patents and trademarks as well as engaging government consultants to aid in garnering potential grants, earning government contracts and increasing retail awareness.
