Sweet dreams you have there.

I think, more than anything, they are going to try and solve "pending funding" issues at any cost. But then, you have to PRAY they deliver on something...as it would then be harder to get share price higher with the dilution.

I am skeptical, at best, Dahl and Co. turn this into anything positive.
