Company won't make it to 2022 unless they dilute even more. They have to be in scramble mode right now trying to find cash. Who is going to lend them money? No investors, SP going backwards, more and more retailers seeing the light.

It's obvious if you open your eyes and ask questions.

If there is a BO, NWBO has no leverage and the deal will be pennies.
