I'm not a tax expert and in the big picture I''m pretty much an idiot ... especially for being involved with the stock of LQMT.

Having admitted all that, I gotta tell ya the notion that this failed company can be an attractive take over because of the accumulated losses of $280 M +/- is an insightful observation.

Now, using that information may be useful to LI ? Hell, with that and his stock losses he can go tax free in the USA for a long long time ?

PS: The departure of the two "Excutives" looks to me like Li gave then three years to produce and like those that came before them he pulled the plug in a manner similar to the action subsequent to the "electrical upgrade" fiasco.

What a country !
