WMILT will and shall add on the Equal amount of Dollars to COOP Assets then distribute them to Escrow holders....NO DILUTION what so ever....8.6 COOPS per COMMONS and P,K Equal for P,K ...IF they decided to Convert P,K to Commons. then 75/25 % may apply ...Best
