I'm confused by your reply. What does that have to do with why they did'nt need to post an Attorney Letter to go Pink Current? You seem very knowledgeable so I figured you would know the answer

As I understand it, an 8k release is a legal doc that upon it's release is open to SEC scrutiny. i.e If you issue misleading statements on it, you run the risk of prosecution. I'm not sure if the same rules apply to other modern "PR" outlets.....i.e. mainly Social Media.
