I was watching last week when RGBP suddenly went Pink overnight, without posting an Attorney Letter. How were they able to do that? All the other OTC companies Ive been watching always seem to have to post an Attorney letter after their last filing. Then it takes like 3 days of OTCM review before they get Pink Current status. What did RGBP do so different than the others?

I finally got the Filings up on my phone. Was reading through the filing from 4-19 and saw that RGBP hired a firm to do an audit. (See below)

"Regen executed an engagement letter with BF Borgers CPA PC ( “Borgers”), the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm, the purpose of which was to retain Borgers to perform an audit of the Company’s balance sheet"
Is that really necessary on the OTC? I thought using a firm for an "audit" was really expensive and NOT necessary to get Pink Current on the OTC. Why would a broke company like RGBP do that just to get Pink Current? Seems like an unecessary expense for a company with no real value. What am i missing here?

Koos has come along way from those days since Hema and Dcell under BMSN back in 2012. Today we are even better and stronger regarding the science and advisor board. Do you recall the huge dividends we received back then or were you even around? I know your motives and agendas here so do what you do best..lol... GOOOO RGBP!
