It's in everyone's best interest if RGBP sells. Shareholders get a lot of money. RGBP officers get a lot of money. Buying company will no doubt have tons of cash to bring the tech to market quicker, helping those people who actually have cancer. There is no scenario where RGBP trying to do this on their own is a better situation. Literally none.
