For sure it is worth a try and of course it will be interesting, if somebody will reply or not. Also no reply could be a good sign. If there is nothing true about it, then they can easily deny these rumors. And also when someone thinks, that it is not worth the time, then better consider that such information, questions and so on might also set a sign as information, that former shareholders still observe everything what's going on.
