The other pyrolysis company mentioned produced Naptha #1 & #2 diesel in addition to bunker fuel. Their processed worked which was approved by the NY DEC as stated, they sold their product to Occidental Petroleum. But alas, like all small companies trying to create their niche, BIG business shut them down.

Any moisture contaminates the oxygen free batch, so with CLNV trying to process Ocean plastic, they'll have to come up with a drying process first, thats yet to be accomplished.
