Alice is the lawyer that sued McDonald’s because their coffee is too hot and she burnt herself when it spilled some on her. She won and I think McDonald lower the temperature of the coffee they sell. It is a well known case that I knew about since it was widely reported in the media when she won. Long before WAMU saga.
