I just think that there are only a few reasons explaining why we are here with the reporting. So, eliminating that he just hasn't had the time (which is ridiculous) places him in a position to confirm one of the other possible options.
1. No time, been really busy making the deals. (lol)
2. Material events occurring that need to conclude first.
3. Purposely not filing to manipulate the price.
4. Purposely not filing to manipulate the note situation.
