Option 2 makes no sense. There is no benefit to that at all. Option 3 and 4 are possible but option 5 is that this has been milked as a far as it could go and he's going to just let it get be delisted and walk away. His lawyers might be telling him to do that before he's in any deeper.
and WW may have some legit possibilities too if one wants to go down that road
if the latest/new filing is just a date change then one needs to look/ask why?
My issue is he is(others) are a broken record of as late ---different people complaining i understand but 1-3 people day after day is annoying and wrecks of manipulation at times imo
