I will buy more and even double my buy on COWI then if there is any more dip. COWI is pink current with OTC markets.

It seems that 85% of other OTCs are filing with OTCmarkets for pink current and not with the SEC, and my Schwab has told me that they accept that and will allow regular trading for these OTCs.
