Who would invest the time and money to resurrect the company for no reason?

That's the question. Who is "P Schaefer"? What is ACRA Investments, LLC? And why was it only created on Aug 12? And who is Letitia Herrera, who is connected to ACRA, and not, seemingly, Schaefer?

These are questions that shouldn't have to be asked.

"Reasons" come in many shapes & flavors; not all of which are good or favorable for investors. The reasons for attempting to resurrect IFUS are yet to be revealed. But, given the fact that P. Schaefer and Herrera are unknown quantities, questions abound.
