Yesterday I sent PBYA an email asking when they would be current. Today I received a reply assuring me that they are, and have been current with OTC Markets for months. I then sent a reply asking when OTCM would remove the yield sign and also if they will be Penny Stock Exempt again. I'll let the board know what I find out. I was reassured that they are in fact current with OTCM and also that I received such a prompt reply. GLTA

Nope, they only have to file that once, doesn't matter right now. PBYA was never on the SEC no quote list. It will trade normally until it's pink
