Last I knew their factory housing the machines is in Niagara Falls and the manufacturer was in Buffalo. There also a private P20 machine in Niagara Falls and thats the one doing waste plastic for Dupont.
Point being Pyrolysis has been done by many companies in the past and all of them have found out for the investment involved Pyrolysis IS NOT profitable.
