Germany HE came and fizzled, then right to treat was touted and that fizzled and now compassionate use revenue. I guess optimism has no limits .

Even if they get manufacturing cert for Sawston, capacity doesn't equate to revenues unless someone pays. And, in this case it's out of pocket. Tough Ticket.

Let's play this out.

Doctor: "You have GBM. You probably have a year or less to live."

Response:
(A) Patient: "Oh,OK. Well that is that then, guess I'll just die." Go to (C) below.
(B) Patient: "Isn't there anything that can be done, I don't know some experimental drug or some lab in SE Asia?"
Go to (D) below.
(C) Patient dies 8 months later.
(D) Doctor: "There is a dendric cell vaccine that has shown a significant improvement especially in cases like yours. It is rather expensive though, it costs $125,000 (I forget the number).

Response:
(E) Patient: "Sounds good but I don't really want to spend that kind of money.
Go to (C) above.
(F) Patient: "Sounds good but I don't have that much. I wish I were richer. Oh well.
Go to (C) above.
(G) Patient: "Let me write you a check."
Go to (I) below.
(H) Patient: "I'll call all my friends or start a GoFundMe page. Whatever it takes to maybe spend a bit more time with my family and loved ones. We'll figure out a way."
Go to (J) below.

(I) Patient receives DC-Vax and lives 27 months.
(J) Patient raises the money and lives 27 months.

So, how did you do?

If they have excellent top line numbers, are cruising to approval and already have 50 million in revenues, they start to be an easy comparison with NVCR.
