MadBadger, remember, ALL common and preferred shares as well as prospectuses including ALL associated documents were cancelled on the (ED) Effective Date of March 19, 2012 which included an Ownership Change.
The ten million authorized preferred shares since 3/19/2912 is a result of a preplanned and predetermined outcome years ago and the only difference in Equity survived which was never in previous PORs but the Perps were caught thus included Equity when Amended POR 7 was signed by the court on 2/23/2012.
At this point I do not think there is anything stated about them short of, they have 10 mill shares not yet valued, with that I would ASS/U/ME there as well is no prospectus on them as of yet.
That too is sort of interesting as if they weren't yet sure as to HOW MUCH they would need to be valued at as far as FACE value.
