What’s the process here? Does INqD submit to SEC and OTC markets? Or does SEC inform OTC to make changes?

I agree with everything you said but the problem that I have seen in the recent past is that if there are errors, typos or clarifications needed a filing or document can go back and forth between the company and OTCMarkets until things are corrected and in order. During normal times it won’t take long at all but these people are up to their eyeballs with submittals so patience will be warranted under the existing circumstances. I hope they prove me wrong and everything sails through but just be mentally prepared just in case there are delays.

The OTC Market Group said they first look for errors before moving forward with the 10K review and said they found no errors which was a good thing. They are finishing up the review that should be completed very soon and we can change status from Stop Sign to Pink Limited. Some will try and twist your conversation in hopes of getting some to sell shares to them.

They also have the phone number to verify for themselves to see if you are not being truthful about the review being completed very soon!
