$INQD: I called the OTCMarkets again today at: (212) 896 - 4420 (Select option 1), and asked them if the 2020 10K had been reviewed by their analysts, and they said that there are no issues with the 2020 10K, it is waiting to be reviewed. He also mentioned that because of a large number of OTC companies trying to go PINK CURRENT, because of the SEC rule changes, they have a huge traffic of disclosures and the review by the OTCMarkets is taking a bit longer. He also mentioned that they have some analysts who do review the disclosures on weekends as well. He also said that the review of this 2020 10K should happen any day now.

Also I re-confirmed with OTCMarkets the following:

1) that as soon as the INQD 2020 10K has been reviewed by the OTCMarket analysts, INQD will become PINK LIMITED INFORMATION.

2) To become PINK CURRENT STATUS from PINK LIMITED STATUS, INQD just needs to file Q1 and Q2 of 2021.
